Orders are processed Monday – Friday. We endeavour to dispatch within 1-2 working days.

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.


Returns & Refunds

Elba London will offer an exchange or refund on bras if you are not satisfied. If you wish to return any part of your bra order you can do so up to:

14 days = UK customers

21 days = International customers

from the date it arrives with you.

Returns will only be accepted if the items are returned unworn, with tags attached and in perfect condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any panties.

Please fill in the returns slip included in your package with the details of your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange item. Don’t forget to include your reason for returning the item – please see the form for the list of reasons. If there is no returns form in your parcel, please contact customercare@elbalondon.icloud.com

Elba London reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any goods that do not meet the above requirements.

Allow up to 7-10 working days for returned items to reach our warehouse and then up to two working days for processing.

Exchanged goods are shipped out free of charge.

Please ensure to obtain ‘proof of postage' as all returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Elba London.


International Returns

When sending a return, please mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.

If returning goods from outside of the UK, please ensure the package is sent on a tracked service or with ‘proof of postage’.  All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Elba London.

Instructions for Returns

Before returning any goods to Elba London, please complete the returns form that came with your order, and include it with the items being sent back:

  1. Remember to let us know if you would like to exchange your goods or if you want a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card originally used.

  2. Select the reason for the exchange or return.

  3. If exchanging an item mark clearly what product you would prefer instead

  4. To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged carefully and securely.

  5. If goods are returned from outside the UK/EU/EEA please mark the box ‘RETURNED GOODS’.

  6. We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their original condition. We are not able to provide any hosiery that has been removed from its packaging for hygiene reasons.

  7. We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 21 days of delivery.

  8. The cost of returning goods to Elba London is the responsibility of the customer.
